The Buffet at Wynn or Bellagio ($20-30), Cravings at Mirage or Dishes at TI ($15-25), Flavors at Harrahs ($10-20).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Excalibur and Circus Circus. The food is awful.
BEST: Alladin and Bellagio. Both same range ($10-$25). Wonderful selection of food.

I pay $5+ anywhere off and on strip.
All you can eat $5+
Some have more variety.
Cheaper ones are always crowded
